new look

I hope everyone likes the new look. I was getting sick of the blue. Anyone can go ahead and change it around -- just be sure to copy and paste the HTML for the Flickr badge because that gets erased when you switch templates. Also the links on the right get lost; I'm not sure what was there before so if anything's missing I apologize.
